Procera® Forte Scanner

Procera is a unique CAD/CAM technology system for the fabrication of esthetic and functional dental restorations. There’s a seamless solution for every indication, whether it’s crowns, bridges, or implant abutments. The versatility of the Procera system allows you to incorporate it into your practice without changing your PFM habits.

Using CAD/CAM technology, cores of densely-sintered alumina or zirconia are produced with high accuracy. The unique material properties of Procera restorations enable easy and predictable clinical results with excellent esthetics. Procera restorations, in conjunction with the NobelRondo porcelain system, are translucent, giving the tooth a natural appearance. At the same time, Procera is excellent for concealing dark underlying surfaces, such as amalgam, post & cores and root fillings.

Procera is also available as an outsource option for other labs.

 Dental Wings 5-axis scanner

The Dental Wings 5-axis scanner allows the user to simultaneously scan and design with open-architecture STL scan data output. Working from more than 100,000 points of data per lasertriangulated scan, it offers accuracy to within 20 microns for excellent fit as well as multi-die scanning capability with up to 16 dies to a batch. The corresponding framework design software features automatic margin recognition and design of connectors, 3D full-arch rotational views, and individual buildup capability of anatomical shapes.
